Disneyland Passport Premium Payment Plan for non-residents Annual SoCal?
Does anyone know or Disneyland has any plans to extend the payment plan option for passport holders annual premium for persons not living in Southern California?
If you live in Southern California can not be taken advantage of the payment plan. If they do this in the future is hard to say, but I would figure the chances are low. The main reason is probably due to billing problems. A resident of SoCal will go more often, so if there is a problem with payment may be fixed when they come back. A person who lives outside of SoCal can not reach the park with the frequency and Disney to start staying with the wrong accounts. There was actually a miscommunication on the principle that allowed residents of Northern CA for the plan, but was discovered and arrested.
